Saleem Elmarsi is a CPA and seasoned business professional who has a passion for delivering meaningful and measurable value to clients through practical solutions. Saleem has over 15 years of experience in financial and management consulting. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and worked on several of the firm’s Fortune 500 clients. From PwC, he transitioned to lead advisory practices at boutique consulting firms, specializing in transaction and complex accounting advisory. Throughout his professional career, Saleem has helped dozens of clients navigate transformational endeavors such as acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and restructurings. Focused primarily on the life sciences and technology sectors, Saleem has augmented leadership teams in decision making roles to navigate transactions in the public markets, compliance with SEC requirements, preparation of financial statements, preparation of technical position papers, coordination of audits, integration of newly acquired businesses and divestitures. Saleem has been an avid investor for the past decade focused on early-stage companies that address global scale challenges, have a large addressable market, and visionary founders. Beginning in 2016, Saleem has served as the CEO advisor, CFO, or Board member at several early-stage companies and in 2020, launched Titan Advisory Services to provide such services.
Thomas Murphy started out his financial career in the height of the financial crises working at a broker dealer John Thomas Financial. He received his series 7 and 66 licenses before moving over to Merrill Lynch in early 2010. Tom spent the majority of his 8 years there in the private bank as an advisor on a multibillion-dollar team. Tom built a successful business working with ultra-high net worth individuals focusing on financial planning, trust and estate structuring, advanced tax strategies, alternative solutions, lending, and asset management. Tom also worked alongside the corporate services division which focused equity compensation planning for both private and public companies. In 2019 Tom merged his business with a NY based RIA, Bridgeway Wealth Partners and took on a consulting role with the Investment Bank division working on deal flow, capital raises, and lending opportunities. In 2021 Tom launched Titan Ventures, an eco-system driven venture capital firm, to allow friends and family to participate in early-stage and other private market investments.
